People often add on to their homes to gain additional storage space. Particularly a closet space and in this case were remodeling and existing closet that had a standard wooden rod. Now even though the rod was supported in the middle still the sagging so we just torn it all off and were going to replace it with much better stronger solution. And were starting with a piece of metal pipe this is thick wall electrical can do it. but because this isn’t particularly attractive were going to cover it with one inch diameter PVC plastic pipe. So I measured the pipe to length and cut it with a hacksaw then use the standard to remove all the marking. Now you just take the plastic pipes over the metal pipe and set it in for the closet. Here were using the existing mounting cleaves that were here from the previous rod. I just want to pull it down, now the result is not only it is stronger rod, you don’t even need a center braise but the plastic pipe is very easy to clean and it provides a surface that hangers glide really easily.
