[Music Playing] Tai chi is usually done standing up right. If you feel tired, you can certainly do the routine in a chair, which I will demonstrate for you. We begin with stroking, stoking the fire, warming the ball, and carrying it to the other side, crossing the wrists, flying, rain falls down, warming the ball, gathering, swimming, canon, cross the wrists, lift the leg up slightly and set it down. Gathering, pushing forward swimming, canon, cross the wrists, lift the knees slightly and set it down.
