How to Eat Right over 50 So in this segment we are going to talk about healthful eating for people over 50 and I am happy to tell you that there are so many way that you can have a great diet and really make a difference and what you eat, what kinds of food, really matter it is not about calories and you can do it. Eating healthy can be simple and the choices are whole foods. Stay away from packaged and processed foods. Avoid white flower, avoid too many carbs and eat those things that your mother always told you. Fruits, vegetables, chicken fish things with nice color spices it out you can add cinnamon, turmeric, other spices that are very healthy and known to provide all kinds of antioxidants benefits. Make sure that your meals are attractive that they look pretty. Your food is appetizing and again go for the colors that is where all the healthful benefit really are in foods fresh foods local foods, and organic foods really can make your body work well. And it is amazing work really taking care of your body. How your body will take care of you. So we want to nurture ourselves and really feed ourselves in a body minds, and spirit. But particularly what we eat will make a huge difference in aging well and feeling good. It is need to eat whole foods. Nothing in packaged, if you can les is better, forget process food, forget everything in a packaged and it has a less listed long of ingredients. I have seen in the packaged and it has maybe a piece of a cellophane over it and three ingredients maybe but whole foods is the best.
