Step 1:
Export to progressive DV stream.
In the toolbar, go to share then choose share then in the compress movie for select expert setting then click share. Export the file name movie to DV stream, click option. In the video format, select PAL, and then click OK.
Step 2:
QuickTime export to iPod
In the QuickTime player toolbar, click on file then select export, click on Movie to iPod for export, then save.
