This is just a regular basic exercise and to increase the mass on my chest and arms. I have added some weight across my lap using a loaded curl bar.
And I said, this exercise will pack on serious mass in your chest, triceps and a little bit in your shoulders and back.
As you are doing this exercise, you want to come down slow and push back up as fast as you can. And if you can handle it anyway, just do of either way and use the two benches as there. You put the bar across your lap is uncomfortable. Place some padding round of bar.
And just so you can see, this will have you get yourself setup before the exercise. And then in the beginning; you may want to have a partner who can balance the weight for you.
