Okay, the only thing you are going to need for this exercise is a pillow, a cable TV, a small amulet like a quarter and somewhere to lay down at. Now, all you have to do is to take that small amulet like a quarter and you place it on one to three inches under your belly body, okay? Then you are going to lay down on top of that quarter, just like this. You lay down on top of it. Now, as you lay down, you will be watching cable TV. And then while you are watching cable TV, every time a TV commercial come on, you got to pull your belly off the quarter, Okay? You will do whatever you can so that your belly will not join the tip of that quarter the whole time the TV commercial is on. Then once that commercial goes off, you are going to rest it. Do it with the next commercial, do it with the commercial that deck comes on, you will do the same thing. You are going to pull your belly off that quarter or draw it off that quarter and hold it at the whole time. That is all you got to do.
Okay, right here I got a quarter in my hand and what I am going to do with it is take that quarter and I am going to place it about one to three inches under my belly body. Now, what I am going to do is every time a TV commercial comes on, I am going to raise my belly up off the quarter so as not touching the quarter. And I am going to raise my belly off the quarter using mg TVA muscles. I am not raising my heels, I am not moving anything else. The only muscle that I am using are my belly muscle or my TVA muscles. Do not raise your heels. Just use your belly muscles to draw your belly off the quarter, okay?
Now, like I said, when a TV commercial comes on, I am going to raise my belly off the quarter so as not touching the quarter and I am going to hold it all the time the TV commercial is on. Now once the TV commercial goes off, I am going to relax and do it with the next TV commercial, and when another TV commercial comes on, I will do the same thing, I am going to raise my belly off the quarter so as not touching that and I am going to hold it there for the whole commercial. And then when the TV show comes back on, I could rest during that whole TV show but I am going to start over again with another set of TV commercials come back on.
All right, now here, you see I have a pen. I will do the same thing. the only thing is that the pen is thicker than the quarter so that it will be a little bit harder because I got to raise my belly, I will put in my belly muscle a little bit harder than I did with the quarter. So I place the pen under my belly and do the same thing.
Now this last example, I have a bottle top. And that is a lot thicker than the quarter and the pen and I will place it under my belly and I will do the same thing, TV commercial comes on, I will put it off, put my belly up off to the bottle top and hold it in the whole time the commercial is on. Then once the commercial goes off and once the next will come on.
