Female: Hi everybody, welcome to diet.com video. I am your host, Sarah and I am here with diet.com’s fitness expert, Katrina. Today, we are going to be showing you how to get arms like Madonna. For this exercise, you need two dumbbells, I am using five pounds. We are going to be doing four different exercises in one move. So first we are going to do a bicep curl, a shoulder press, rotate your palms in, we are going to do a tricep extension and then an eccentric phase of a lateral raise. So the curl, press, extend, and then bring them down.
