Plug iPhone to USB, Directly or via the iPhone Dock. Set iPhone to restore mode. One, press both Power and Home buttons until iPhone shuts down. Two, keep both buttons pressed until Apple logo appears. Three, release Power button. Keep Home button pressed!. Welcome to restore mode. Better to keep iTunes closed at this point (optional) Start ZiPhone software.
