Hi! I am here with a few tips on how to replace a bathroom sink. Now, believe it or not, you can replace bathroom sinks, even kitchen sinks because the mechanics of it all is about four different pieces. It is really not hard to do. If you are comfortable doing it and the extraction of the old one has left you with some pretty clean fittings or some of the hose or piping that comes off and the flex hose is intact and even that is easy to replace. But what you are looking at really is how is it cutting the water and this is all being hidden by this particular fixture but if was stripped away you would see a hot intake, a cold intake and a drain and then a main drain mechanism actually, that lets you, you know, obviously fill the sink up with water and let it out. But it really honestly is just a flex hose fitting that comes up to your hot, a flex hose that comes up to your cold and then the mount to the wall is important as well, but again with this one, it is a pedestal type situation so it is a little bit easier. There are not any brackets to deal with but sometimes that is also the case. But it is one of the few plumbing things that someone who had basic plumbing knowledge could actually do. What you need is a C-wrench, some plumbers tape and you are pretty much good to go. In most cases, again I am being general here so, that is basic kitchen or bathroom sink replacement. Thank you.
