[Music Playing] Sarah: Hey everybody. Welcome to diet.com video. I am your host Sarah and I am here with diet.com. With us is expert Katrina. And today, we are going to be showing you an ab exercise that will help you loose your love handle. Katrina: For this exercise, you need a physio ball and you need to against a wall. So, you are going to be doing a crunch back on your self. The best way to go is to sit on the physio ball, rotate your foot, rotate your hips and go to the side. You want your hip on the ball so you go through a full range of motion. Place your hands behind you, you go down and you can come back up. You want to squeeze your obliques and squeeze the side. Another in progression is to actually twist up. We’re going to hold a weight above your head which Sarah will be doing. [Demonstration]
