Hi my name is Cliff Wharton. I’m the Chef at TenPenh restaurant and I have just shown you how to assemble the chicken with the ingredients for the chicken adobo.
Well what I like to do is I had the chicken adobo marinated for about all the ingredients for like maybe one or two hours, if you want to do it overnight that’d be fine. But once you do that, you want to bring it to a boil and then let it seamer for about an hour and a half because I already have one done here for you. And we’ve brought it to a boil and has let it seamer and pretty much the chicken is done, pretty much when meats falling off the bone and the flavor and the smell, you get them, that’s just wonderful.
What I would like to do is just, you do it however with—you can just take the chicken, plate it. put some pieces here. Just like that and if you feel a little bit of juice, you might want to reduce some of this liquid a little bit more using a nice sauce. We just sliced up some bananas and serve it with this and that would be your chicken adobo.
