Chocolate Pot De Cream is a grown up version of an age old flavor, fancy chocolate pudding. Start by placing one cup of chocolate chips and quarter cup of egg substitute with half a teaspoon of vanilla into a kitchenette blender. Now, scoop three quarters of the a cup of half and half in a medium saucepan just until bubbles form around the edge then pour the cream over the chip mixture and blend and liquefy for 20-25 seconds or until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into 4 small cups and refrigerate until set, about 4-6 hours. Chocolate Pot De Cream is wonderful served with fresh looked cream and berries.
