I am Lauren, I am Ford Model. I was discovered in my little town of Aberdeen in Mississippi by a make-up artist who happens to see a soft ball picture in a local newspaper. My video tip for you today is Avocado Oil just a plain simple Avocado Oil you get at the local grocery store and I use it for deep conditioning my hair and I do a lot of hair jobs and it is really hard on your hair with all the color and the blow drying and straightening and sometimes bad dressers. I will put it on, on the Saturday and leave it on all day so it works it through my hair. Put my hair in a pony tail and by the end of the day wash it out and my hair is silky and soft again.
