[Music playing] This recipe for Lamb Kebab is a delicious traditional Greek dish and we have spiced it up for summer. Start by trimming and cutting the lamb into 48 even size cubes. Soak 16 bamboo skewers in cool water so they do not burn on the grill. Now you can make the marinade. Combine a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil with six cloves of mince garlic. Four tablespoons of fresh mince flat leaf parsley. Two tablespoons of fresh mince oregano leaves. One tablespoons of fresh mince ginger. One tablespoon of ground Coriander Two tablespoons of ground paprika Half teaspoon of ground turmeric And season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine all the ingredients. To the marinade, add the lamb. And then thread on to the skewers. And allow the flavors to melt for between two and twelve hours. Pre heat the grill to medium high heat. Grill until medium rare.
