Wardrobe with Styyles Cristina: Okay, now my make up is all done and now I am going to do the styling. Hi Teronce. Terone Styyles: Hi, how are you? Cristina: This is Teronce Styyles and he is going to be styling the photo shoot today. So show me what you have. Teronce: Well of course I have some accessories, some hot freaks, so I have some hats over here and I have this long, low cut kind of evening dress, maybe for a nice little cocktail event or what have you, scented a little sexy shoulder low back low bit but it is kind of long to give the lady a sophisticated looks. Cristina: Now when you go about styling for models, how do you attack that? Teronce: Well, first, I would like to converse with the model. Either I will try to do it over the phone. If I do not get the chance to do it over the phone then via email just to kind of get their measurements, their stats or what they like. I try to style the person opposite of what they are because sometimes you want to get them out of their comfort zone. I would have it, so that way, being a model you have to be able to do that. You know, you have to be able to attack different challenges and be a different person. It is modeling is like being an actress, you know modeling, acting, you know tie them together so that is pretty much what I like to do and also yes, I wanted to get a look at the flavor of the person who they are too but I am raw edgy and I like to be different and I do not like the model to be like everybody else. Cristina: Exactly, so you want something that is really get hot. Teronce: Exactly, even if I find something that I am inspired by. I still want to do something in a change to that. To give that different flavor for that particular model because it maybe add something different to their book or whatever and if somebody sees them, it is like, oh, okay, this is, you know you really can see that this person can be edgy, first is being comfortable and being very content. Cristina: But if they are, let us say, like for myself, I am more of a commercial model, I am not that edgy, you know, so for that person you kind of retailor it to something— Teronce: Yes, but definitely so, but even being a commercial model I think a little bit of spice, I do not think anything wrong with that. Cristina: Right. Teronce: You know what I mean. Now, unless you do not overdo it, but I think just a little bit of spice, just to spice up a little bit, just to give a little—right, exactly. Cristina: Now for that model that can not afford to go to Styyles, you know, so what do you suggest? Like when they are going to put their photo shoot together and they do not need to—can not get to Styyles, what do you suggest to that person? Teronce: I suggest that they try to find a friend who is very fashionable, that can assist them. If they are fashionably challenged; I might say to just fine a friend that they can turn to. They say hey, they know that they are fashionably, very fashionable because they are not as fashionable as their friend could be, so I suggest that—or a family member or whoever they feel that they can trust that would be very honest with them and say, hey, no that is not going to work, that is not really showing your figure or that is too much or it is a little trash. It is not too classy for, you know that type of thing and then another thing is a lot of people do not-and I think a lot of people starting to catch you into but a lot of people as there still a lot of people who do not is that go to the thrift store. Thrift stores are amazing. I am a thrift store king. I love thrift stores even personally for my self. You will be surprise of what you get. Cristina: I myself, I bought so many, it is great. Teronce: Yes, exactly. You spend $20.00 and get a handful of things. So I would suggest even doing that too. And if takes some money with you— Cristina: And I think they can use later too especially when they are going to their castings. I am a model that is going on casting, let us say nine minute of photo shoot and they are going to go on casting and how do you
