Hey guys it is Ren for Make up by RenRen and today I want to show you how to pack a set bag for quick touch ups on the set and how to get one for really cheap. So if you are interested stay tuned for more. Okay, so first stop let us go ahead and get an aerial view of the set bag and at all of its glory and as you can see it has many compartments and many pockets and inserts on every single side. It also has an open top and a very roomy inside which also has many pockets and compartments. And on the bottom, it also has a zipper bottom pouch which has a little mini box with drawers on the inside and for my convenience, I added a strap to the very top, that way I can go ahead and use the strap to wear over my shoulder and bring my set bag with me and I am good to go. So next, we are going to go ahead and talk about what to pack in the set bag and how you can get a set bag for super cheap. Okay guys, so now you have seen my set bag and you are probably wondering where can I get one and what exactly is a set bag. So let us start off. A set bag is exactly what it sounds like. It is a bag packed with makeup and you bring it with you on a set or on location when you cannot log around a large train case where it is just not possible to do so. For example, let us say you are doing makeup for a television show. Oftentimes there is a dressing room where you have most of the makeup there but you need to go ahead and finish up really quick and grab your set bag and go on the set, so that way you can do quick touch up in between commercial breaks or in between shots. So a set bag has to be very portable and it has to contain the essentials. So if you look up set bags online, they have some on camerareadycosmetics.com. Japonesque sell them. They can really be pricy like $75.00 and above. And I really did not want to pay that so I was thinking over and over, try to do a little research and come up with a cheaper alternative. So this is my cheaper alternative. It looks like a make-up artist bag. Does it not? Because it looks like it has all of the spots for them; even has a little brush area for brushes right here. But it is actually a scrap booking bag. And scrap bookers will stick in pencils, brushes in all these compartments and I found this at Wal-Mart for $20.00. So scrap booking is huge. You can find scrap booking out of Target, Wal-Mart, Michaels, craft stores especially and they all sell bags kind of like this. This is a good one just because it has a lot of open air pockets and a nice lifting strap. One thing different I add to it, when I took a luggage strap. In that way I can just throw it over my shoulder and go. So let us go ahead and talk about what each side contain and I will show you pretty much what I think is good to pack in a set bag. So first off, you are going to want to be prepared for anything including hair touches because sometimes, you are the hair stylist as well as the makeup artist. So I have brushes, combs, hair spray and I also have bug spray. This deep wood formula, this comes in so handy when you are doing photo shoots in odd places like the middle of the forest or outdoors. You need this to protect yourself from bug bites, so that is great to have. It saved my life million times. On this side, we have a little pocket right here, and I have a mirror so that way the client can kind of see what is going on. I have disposable sponges and another really great item to have is blotting sheet, oil blotting sheet. This is from e.l.f. and only a dollar. And pretty much a lot of times that only touch you might need is to touch up a little bit oiliness around the T-zone and these are great because they are disposable and they are cheap. I also have inside this larger compartment a zip bag full of different items like there are lipsticks and lip gloss applicator and I have Q-tips in here. I have many disposable spatulas. I have mascara spoon. Basically little disposable applicators that you can use to do quick touch ups and then you can throw. Next, I have a clear bag, a clear little makeup bag. Clear is good because you can easily see what is in it and get things out quickly. And I have some also really good items to keep with you. One is a oil control blotting powder which is in the invisible and this is great for just touching up makeup and it is a universal color, so that is good. I also have in here clear lip gloss which is good to touch up, you know, any lip color. I have ChapStick, as well as binder clips to hold back clothing and sponges and some other applicators in here. When I am on a shoot for specific model, I will throw in like the little eye shadow quad or the lipstick or the lip gloss she is wearing if I want a specific color to touch up with I just throw it in here. So I just want to share with you my look today. My makeup look because we always get questions about what you are wearing in the video. So this is mainly colors from the Blond Brunette Redhead Collection which you will see a tutorial coming soon. And really quickly, on my eyes I am wearing Bare Study Paint Pot. I am also wearing Pincurl eyeshadow from the Blond Brunette Redhead Collection. Here I am wearing Fig 1 eyeshadow and contrast eye shadow. On my cheeks, I am wearing Blond and Redhead MSF. Now my lips, I am wearing Soft Wave Lip Gloss as well as Plum lip liner. So I hope you guys enjoy the look, it is matching my scarf and like I said stay tuned for tutorials on the Blond Brunette Redhead Collection and back to regular schedule programming. Next on this side, I have a pen. It is good to have pen just in case. I have again an e.l.f. $1.00 product which, our little makeup remover pads. These are really great. This is our cleansing tips from MAC which are basically pre-moisten Q-tips which are individually wrapped so it makes really easy to touch up like eye liner that smudged or mascara. And then the really important thing for outside shoots is sunscreen. For yourself or anyone who wants it. Pretty much, you got to protect yourself if you are at shooting in the blazing sun for hours. On this side, we have brushes and as you can see it has this little many brush, this brush holes which I think they are for paint brushes or markers. And I have some base of brushes including eye shadow brushes, synthetic brushes for the concealers or creams. I have powder brushes, blush brushes, pretty much some of the most basic brushes out there. I also include more of these disposable lip gloss wands because like I said a lot of times when I am touching up, all I really needed to touch up a little bit of the oiliness and touch up lip color. So it is good to have lot of these disposable lip stick wands so that way you can just do it and throw it away. Also try to carry around a pair of scissors. This is a small pair of nails scissors. It comes in really handy for almost a lot of various and quick occasions. I also have lots of bobby pins for taming hair when you are doing a shoot. This little mini compartment here has business cards. Make sure to always carry business cards wherever you go. You never know when an opportunity network may arise. And, let us go in the inside. I have in here paper towels in this zip bag; pretty self explanatory, Kleenex in a small travel box. Sponges, various sponges in a little zip lock and always very girly to have wet wipes or a baby wipes. This is a little mini pack which I have a bag. I got like 15 of these for like a dollar at the drug store; really great for cleaning up hands, cleaning up messes when you are doing dirty shoot. So that is pretty much the most of the stuff, but if you look in the bottom it has this little zippered compartment. And this one right here, you can put whatever you want in there, but I threw in some empty plastic bags to hold garbage or if I want to sit down like on a random concrete slab, I will just put down the plastic bag for so I do not get my clothes dirty. And we have this bigger compartment on the bottom, and you have to also unzip it. And it contains a little box which is really handy so it can hold products that you do not want to get smashed. And inside the box, I have some other essentials and as you ca
