So next Chi Kung is called Push. So step out with your left foot forward into a bow stance. Inhale as you draw back, exhale as you push forward. Front knees over the toes, no further, inhale as you draw back and exhale pushing energy up the hands as you reach forward. Inhaling back, spine straight, exhaling forward is called a bow stance, so there is 70% or more of the weight on the front leg in the forward position and 30% on the rear leg. So it's a front-weighted stance. Grounded to the feet, energy through the palms and the hands, scrub head lifted, chest is released, the back is firm. Release slowly and come back to horse and change sides. So from your bow stance, you draw back and push forward, again sinking back and down, reaching forward opening the palms of the hands. Inhaling and gathering energy, exhaling and releasing any tension. Inhaling, gather energy. You can absorb it into the body, into the Dung Chen, into the bone marrow and when you exhale, send energy out. This is used in Tai Chi, it is also used in energetic healing, send energy to a person at a distance, can be used functionally to push. It's a very good Chi Kung exercise to strengthen the legs and back and allow you to get in touch with energy in the hands. Gently release and there. Excess Burmese Chi Kung and this is a really good practice to release toxins and tension if you have any anxiety or fear, sadness. If you feel like you have a cold coming on, this is the one for you. Inhale the arms up and grab your right thumb, hang on to as you hold your breath and when you are ready, you release actively and throw the energy down. So you inhale the arms out to the side, gather and grab your right thumb, hang on to it like a life line, any tension you want to let go of, just hang to it for a little longer and when you are ready, you let it go. So you inhale up, align heaven and earth, hold your breath and again anything you don't want to have any more, anything you want to let go of, anything which does not serve you, negative belief systems, old habits, any tension, you just let it go on the exhale, give it away, here to transform it, inhale up, hold, exhale down and clear.
