Spot number one is what we call a lay up spot. Now, I am left handed, I will show it to you left handed. If you are right handed, you always do this drill right handed. We got to triple threat and all you are going to do is you are always going to have a goal. Your goal is always, whatever shooting drill you do to make a minimum of ten shots. Now, I am warming up nice and close. I am trying to get my muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, tissues all loosened up so that before I go further out, not only are my muscles warmed up, but I am also shooting the ball the same way every time with proper shooting mechanics.
