Now as you complete each shooting spot, each game spot, you go and rest on ten free throws. The only shooting drill that you do if you do not count the number of makes that you have to complete, it is going to be your free throw shooting because you want to see how good a shooter you are. So you always take ten free throws and then you record the number that you make out of ten until you have completed a hundred free throws which is part of this workout program.
