The short shot principle.

Use the short shot principle in order to help you be a more effective shooter. You will notice that in the bottom left hand corner, we had you shooting goal for each drill. When a red box appears, it means that we have taken one point away from our goal total because the shot was made short to the left or the right of the rim. By using the short shot principle, you will be able to focus and become a much more effective and disciplined three point shooter. Remember, you have to have goals if you want to score goals. Use the short shot principle in order to become a great three-point shooter.

The short shot principle. Use the short shot principle to get the most out of your practice. Take one point away from your score for each shot in the short, left or right of the basket. Shoot in sets of ten when practicing three point shooting.

Use goals when shooting. Do this by shooting in sets of ten, these are short achievable goals that will help you to be a more effective three point shooter and allow you to focus for short durations. Now we are using the short shot principle. We are at seven, we are at eight, we are nine and we are at ten.
