[Music playing] Turn on’s, here is a simple drill shocking the system to accept changes in speed. Start with a jog and then go as fast as you can with the feet. Back to jog and then fast, jog-fast, turn off and on the speed, turn off and on that speed, relax when you do it. Step down to the ground quickly but stay relaxed and aggressive. Now let us do the same thing skipping. Skipping changes the rhythm that the body understands the messages from the brain to the muscles. We got to change up that habit, create a new habit of faster quicker movement. Skipping sends those messages that mess up the system. You got to work on having control. [Music playing] Use a distance of ten yards so you get about three turn on and turn offs each time. Down and back is one repetition. Do two to three sets of two to three repetitions every time you train.
