Harmonics, the strongest place we can get harmonics on the guitar are on the 12th fret, 7th, and 5th. So, we are going to do some licks with some harmonics now. Now, remember when you are playing harmonics, you play directly on top of the fret wire not in between as if we are playing a chord or a scale. When we play harmonics, we play directly on top of the fret wire. Okay, so here are there three examples of some harmonics. Let us check them out with the band and then we will come back and break it down. So, for the first lick with the harmonic, I played around on the 5th fret and the 7th fret starting of on the 7th fret of the high E string, 5th fret G, 7B. And I just put right of the 5th fret on the D, G, B and E string. Here is the first whole lick.
