So you are going to have to use the peer to peer networks at the deploying sites, I really like emule.com I have been using it for a long time and I just search SCPH-700 and it will give me a collection of Playstation bioses that I can use.
In my case I only downloaded one for out downloaded contents of ten so it is a US version and I would use the US files STCH-70012. I have the options download either the RER file or the BIN, disregard all these they are just spam. But the ER file or the BIN should be 4 megabytes and 2.3 for the RER file. If I download the RER I have to extract it with winrar or zenzzip, I just downloaded the BIN makes it a lot easier. So I selected the BIN, I downloaded it and I just move it to the bios directory, so now I have my bios. You can also get a mini nova.org or piratebay.org and now if we search Playstation2 bios here we go. It is not working right now, I will try the piratebay.org PS2 bios, that will give you bios collections like that and international versions too.
As you can see they have the Playstation2 right here with the bios included but they give you an old version, the current version is .92 and soon they will release 9.4 so it is kind of wasteful to download the entire immulator with it, it is easier just to download plug ins. And how do they give you plug in collections that include the international and the power, so we are done there.
