Speaker: Next activity is sit-up with the ball. So instead of just doing regular sit-ups as goalkeepers we can do it here with the ball. So we will just do a nice self pass, come up and grab it. I am still working at my W every time reaching up, grabbing the ball, taking away from the attackers head, it is coming for the goal or a corner kick come from across, keep my eye on it over the side.
