AGILITY DRILL 5 CARRIOCCA Carriocca, this isn't the old standard, this is full range of motions, body control carriocca. Go slow as you begin, take the behind step, lift and rotate, control your feet by rotating the hip and the knee across the body. This will give great body control, balance, agility, stay on the front part of the foot, bounce as you go, don't bend over at the waist, stabilize that core, keep the head up. Work for 10 yards, down and back is 1 repetition, do 3 sets of 3-5 repetitions.
