The group panel interview is a derivation of the common one and one interview. Unfortunately, most people get flustered because there is more than one person in their room.
One tip I have for you is to gather two or three of your friends and have them bombard you with questions. This will help prepare you for the group interview. Remember, the same rules apply to group interview is in one on one interview.
