Female Speaker: We are going to do our soup. We have to get that out because we have to pull our chicken out so it cools down so we can pick it off the bone and then put it back in. Because if we just left it on the bone it wouldn't be very soupy, it would be kind of like chunks of breezing almost. So, what we are going to do is turn this off and pull out the chicken and get off once it's cool.
Female Speaker: Isn't that done right now?
Female Speaker: It is done, but the best part about is, is that I have chicken that I did earlier and I am just going to pull this chicken out and then we are going to use the new chicken for another time. I will put this in my stuff, we have chicken already cooked up and ready to be picked. Oh! What a breed that is. Right now it's essentially poached chicken. Let that simmer because there is a good flavor is in there, keep going and then let's pick this chicken. This is the same stuff, you want to wash you are hands off?
Female Speaker: Feels like here.
Female Speaker: Mr Monster. First we are going to clean up our station a little bit. As you come down here you two Jeff and Rachael and start picking that chicken off the bone.
Female Speaker: Where should we put it when we have picked it off.
Female Speaker: Once you have picked it off just put it on the board right here and then keep the bones right there. Come on down here, I need you to pick some more herbs for our soup for the garnish
Female Speaker: Why you need so many herbs?
Female Speaker: Because they are flavorful. And then the easiest way you can season items is by putting fresh herbs in it instead of relying upon salt and pepper which some people have problems with too much salt in their diet. So, if you use herbs you are getting a lot of flavor without adding all of that extra sodium to your diet, but it also just taste good and it's so pretty. So, once you are done picking those herbs and the chicken, we are going to put together our sandwich and our soup.
Female Speaker: Is this good?
Female Speaker: Oh! It's beautiful, good job. Look at that, that is homemade soup you can't get it much better. It is almost exactly like stock.
Female Speaker: Are they all ready?
Female Speaker: We are going to have that for the bowl, it's a garnish. So once we put this into bowl, we are going to put some of your fancy parsley on top.
Female Speaker: It smells good.
Female Speaker: I know it does and it's so simple. That's the best part about it and if you get a great chicken with a lot of flavor, a young fresh chicken, you just can't beat it. This is like fat right here, so you don't want to put that back in the soup, just leave the fat alone.
Female Speaker: There is a lot of fat, look here.
Female Speaker: Our soup is still simmering so it's going to draw even more of those flavors and you and I are going to make some sandwiches. How does that sound?
Female Speaker: Okay.
Female Speaker: Okay, well we have some bread here in couple of pieces we are going to make two nice sandwiches like that
Female Speaker: Made it.
Female Speaker: No I will made it. So you put some of this in there two. Even thought, you don't like it. Oh! That smells so good. Are you sure?
Female Speaker: Yeah.
Female Speaker: Then let's put a little lettuce on there but that would be pretty. Some people like lettuce on it, get that nice and full. Yeah, go ahead you can put like tons on there, three big spoonfuls on each one. Oh! You did good. There is a little bit more in there. Do it you can, when you had people like egg salad, they really like egg salad. There you go, good and now we are going to put our lids back on and then I am going to cut mine in half just like this. Kind of make such squish out a little bit. Let's see if you can make it squish out. Keep your fingers far away. Oh! Good for you. Here is our sandwiches, very nice.
Female Speaker: Can I cut it like this?
Female Speaker: Sure. Do you want to do another cut.
Female Speaker: Yeah.
Female Speaker: You could go. Make it easier on you, cut a little bite size, a little appetizers. There you go.
Female Speaker: I think we are done with the chicken soup.
Female Speaker: Great throw it right in there and let's plate up our soup so we can have some munch. We will have egg salad sandwiches, Jack, will just have this some of that chicken soup. We have bowls right down here, wash your hands and then you can scoop it up for me. Garnish. Then Jack, you will get to garnish, remember.
Female Speaker: Yeah.
Female Speaker: Look at that crystal clear, that's beautiful, you guys, it's hot right in there. Okay Rachael come on in hope you need a towel.
Rachael: Yes.
Female Speaker: You can pour a bowl of it. Scoop up a ladle of that.
