Learn how to Track Visitors to Your Website. All you need to do is sign-up for your free account and insert a small code in the header of your webpage you want to track. Then just sit back and wait, soon you will be able to login to the Robot Replay Tracking System and view what your customers are doing.

Hello everyone! My name is Kevin Break and today we are going to review RobotReplay. RobotReplay allows you to watch what your visitors do when they visit your website. Why is this important? I found it really useful for this particular client businessplanworld.com that we are able to track what users are doing, where they are clicking and truly for the most part, it helps you build a better website. For example, when they view your website they might read certain areas of the page, not look at other areas and you will find a consistency that everyone reads, for example, from the top left, down. So normally if you have other graphics distracting people from the website on the right or on the top or on the bottom, the primary location that your visitors are going to read are left and down. So it's kind of interesting what you should do. But obviously the first thing you do is when somebody is interested in your website, you want them to go to the main content of that page. And we are going to go through, what it looks like right now. So I have already logged in to RobotReplay. This account is free. You can go to RobotReplay.com and log in. Get your own account and you insert a tiny little piece of code into your HTML header and you are off to the races and you are going to be able to track user's interaction with your website. Let's have a look at one of these videos. Alright, now as you can see that's the user's mouse, recording in here is my mouse and as you can see the user seems a little interested in the Bed and Breakfast. What I equate this to. It's almost like fishing because you toss out your line, you have got your hook all baited and you wait for that fish to bite. So this is an example of a fish swimming around the bait and now we are going to see if the fish is actually going to bite and it looks like, the potential customer does like the what they are reading so far for the Bed and Breakfast business plan and there we go. Customer interest has been peaked and now they are on the website to get more information. So this is an example of it. So the ideal thing is that you want to turn this visit into a purchase and as you can see, this user is reading from the left side of the page and they bypassed all the header completely. Alright, so that's an example of screen recording of the mouse for your website, it's pretty cool. This program is free. It does have glitches which I guess comes along, with being free. However, these people have been extremely helpful in fixing these glitches. So if you have a glitch make sure to let them know that hey this is my page. This is the problem I am having. I am trying to get my recording, nothing is happening and they have been extremely helpful. So that's what I would recommend, this is a good product. Again, the competing products are VisTrac.com, ThatsMyMouse.com and SiteEyes.com. Site Eyes I believe is a pay, $10 per month service and nobody pays me anything for this.
