[Music Playing] diet.com Presents Text ‘n’ track Your Diet The number one piece of diet advice is to track your meals on a daily basis. Here at diet.com we have been working long and hard to make this task, painless, accurate, and fun. Now, you can track your meals simply by using your cellphone. I just had a turkey sandwich from Quiznos and with the help of diet 1’s text messaging service, I now have its nutrition information. At the bottom there is a new feature that asks me if I would like to save this info. And indeed, I think I would. So, what happens next? Okay, so I sent back a message to diet 1 saying save and they wrote back and gave me a temporary password. They directed to diet.comforward/mobile. On the right hand side you enter your cellphone number and the temporary password. It will then be prompted to enter some personal info. You will only have to do this once. Future text messages will be saved to your account. Next time you log in, you will able to view your save meals immediately for quick and easy counter counting, and do not forget it is free. Now, you will be directed to the diet.com mobile home page, where you can view your latest text entries on the right hand side. Here is the coffee, a muffin, and a Quiznos veggie sub. You can add or delete them. For this case I am going to add all of them to my mail tracker. Once you have done this, click the link that says, “Go to meal tracker now.” You will be brought to your personal food blog where you can see three saved items. And we hoped that you find this new addition to nutrition on the go useful. And we hope to see you next time. Log on to diet.com/mobile to get started today!
