Hi, I am here to talk about traveling with kids. Well, I know when I travel with my kids, it's a blast. But, I also know that their age really determines the level of being independent while traveling. I know that I have taken my kids when they were tiny, tiny babies on airplanes and trains and things like that and it's a challenge because you obviously have to care for their every need just like you do at home. As they get a little older, sometimes they get little fearful of travel. They are in a different environment, and they might be on an airplane for the first time, and I think the thing to do is be patient, and just remember that they are little and that they need you. They need your support.
They don't know what's going on, they don't know the process for checking in to flight for instance and make it fun, be light about it. Get their early -- try not to be stressed out yourself if you can and just have a good time with them if you can because travel is a challenge these days. There are a lot of hoops we have to jump through, taking our shoes off and going through detectors, and all that kind of stuff. But, you know what, if you make it fun then the kids will have a good time and it will be less stressful for all. So those are a few tips on traveling with kids.
