Female: 90% of us consider stress and inevitable part of our life but it does not have to be that way. Female: Sometimes a gentle touch or acupressure can relieve stress. One point lieu one is price for easing emotional stress and tense breathing. Find lieu one by sitting in a comfortable chair with your back straight. Use your thumbs to press the outside of your upper chest just below your first rib. Another effective way to end your stress responses with simple meditation. Set aside 10 to 20 minutes for calm reflection. Try this yoga meditation technique, sit quietly with eyes closed, take a short phrase that calms you like elm or peace. Repeat the word as you clear your mind and relax your muscles. Always remember to breath. Deep relaxing breathes in and out through the nose helps relief stress. Even without meditation just five minutes of deep breathing can be quite beneficial.
