Hi Stampers! Today I am going to show you this technique that I am calling chalk lines and you are going to use your pastel chalks and my based card is cut at 4 1/4” X 11” and you scored that 5 1/2” the whisper white is cut at 4” X 5 1/4” and this flower layer, the whisper white is cut at 2 1/2" X 2 1/4” the pixie pink is cut at 2 1/2 “ X 2 3/4” and then the only orange is cut at 2 3/ 4” X 3”.
All right so let us get started on and I am using the Tangerine gold grain ribbon, so let us get started. I am using my Stamping Pastels these are the retired ones I have yet to but the new set, which I need to do but the colors in there are all my favorite anyway, so and you can tell there are very loved because they are used a lot but we are using the pink passion and the only orange for their card today. All right then you going to need some cotton balls, so I am going to start with my whisper weight and here is another one that I made with the I think I used the Old Olive with the close to cocoa but its cute. All right so back to the card we are going to start with the whisper weight. Now, I went ahead and stamped this with the Embrace Life stamp set and blank ink, black classic ink and then what I am going to do is am just going to use my cotton ball and I am going to take my cotton ball and I am going to rub it in my chalks like this to get some on my cotton ball. Let us do that and then you are going to swirl this onto your whisper weight and there is no particular order and how you do this is just where ever you like to do and you want to apply quite a bit so just keep going over and over it

Okay and then I will use another cotton ball and my only orange, do the same thing, and then just apply that into the white space that you have. And the more you put the chalks on the more the lines will show up. Okay so you get the idea. I already went ahead and finished one, so we are going to go ahead and do that stuff. So here is my finish one. Okay and what you are going to do now is you are going to take a ruler and I am just going to place this wherever I want my lines and then I want to take my pencil eraser and I am just going to drag that down the side of my rule and just t make a couple of passes and I am just going to drag down that side of ruler and just make a couple of passes. And, position ruler at another location, so maybe I will go this way. This time, just do them in every direction that you want.

Okay, let us do one up here, top that is good. Okay so it is basically how you do that and I want to take them brace legs stamp. This is the greeting and I am just going to fill in some empty space. This is going to stamp it randomly all over my card. Okay, so now the flower, I did the same thing I took the cotton ball and I swirled it and I added it you know pretty thick, so it is really dark. And then I am taking my pencil eraser and I will just going to highlight the flower edges and I am just going to erase that chalk on that area, so it pops.

Okay, and then you are just going to go ahead and layer this on to the pixie pink. And then unto the only orange and then I am going to label the whisper white that round unto only my only orange and I am going to take my glow grain ribbon and tie this over to the right hand side and just to tie the knot and then take some dimensionals. I am going to use two of them, and then I am going to position this on my card however, I think it looks the best. I think it looks better this way. Okay so we are going to put one on top, one on the bottom, because it is going to startle that ribbon. Okay and there you go. Thanks for stopping by, we will see you tomorrow. Bye!
