So first thing you will need is MSN, so I just post this thing on the site so you could just download it. And after you download this, you just go up through MSN, preference and here are options, go to others, go down and you will audio and video settings. So just set your video and audio so you can send audio files and video file or video chat.
MSN does not support audio and video chat at the same time because that is what Microsoft is. So if you use it you will be able to use video chat or audio chat, but you will be a little bit slower but it will be fast after you start off.
