Again, let us reverse it other direction and one. So you are really using your abdominals here. Four hip circles to the right. We have slowly, two. Keep those arms back, three, four, other way, and one, two, get ready to do isolations with the rib cage the hands going to the hips. Here we go we go right, front. Keep breathing. Let us reverse it. Again, now make the rib cage fluid. We go one, two, three, four, and reverse. One, two, three, four, now we are going to move on to an isolation with the leg in front of the body. Here we go five, and six, and seven. Right leg front, we have one, two, three, four, other foot. Stay really low, how low can you go? Side, other leg, your arms are just loose by your side. Take it back. So you are opening a way from the center of the body. Take it side and one. Nice little rotation. Get ready for double time everybody. Here we go and one, and two, and three, four.
