Speaker: We are now going to go into angles in positioning. First of all you always want to make sure you know where you are in the cage. You have got a lot of different check points with the girl's markings on the field. You have eight meter hash marks that you will be able to use. You have a goal line and stand in mark, and you have two post. Something that's changed in women's goalkeeping over the past couple of years, is that now we are standing a little bit more closer back in the cage towards the goal line, not on the goal line, but as you will see with Trish, she is about a step off the goal line. Couple of years ago, women were playing much further out. But the changes in the field player stick, and the nature of how the ball is traveling out of that stick has forced us to play back further, and cover our angles on more of a flat style, similar to the men. Different from the men though, we are still bringing our hands out to the ball, versus a lateral movement. So as Trish goes back to the new style that we are teaching today, it's a little bit more flat. Again, she is a step off the goal line, it helps us stay square. It minimizes the steps we have to take to stay on angle, and that's very important. You always want to be on angle, always ready to make the save.
