Female1: So what is it like being a model. Female2: It is fun. You will never know what casting you are going to get, you will never know whose going to book it, you just do not know. And then you can like try and for the more and more you work on it, you get better like knowing like knowing what the clients are looking for, as if you know the client. Female1: And do you ever go through all the submissions of your models that want to be, by a models, do you ever sit here. Female2: Yes, all the time. And when you are looking at this. Female1: What draws your attention to someone may actually pickup the phone and give them a call and— Female2: Well, like you know actually going to, you see a variety thing but what catches my eyes is somebody who you see in ads when you are flipping through a magazine or somebody you see on tv or somebody who you think will be competitive for the rest of the talent you have on board. Female1: Exactly, so you mean other professional models that are coming. Female2: Right, so gauge them to what models we already have. Female1: Okay. Female2: So cause I am not going to bring in somebody who I do not think will even compete with our models cause they cannot compete with our models, how are they going to compete with any other. Female1: They are not going to compete with the rest of the models. And what about that model who is just starting out? That you know is kind of – Female2: Well, you know sometime, you just see like some potentials on somebody. I like oh they have great hair, their eyes, or the smile. You could just tell if they sparkle. I do not know, it is kind of hard to explain but sometimes you just see it. Female1: Explain a little bit more what commercial print is? Female2: Well, commercial print I would say is kind of like a melting pot of like, it is not really fashion, it is not really, I mean you have some editorial work for magazines, you have all the advertising clients and you know anything from Colgate to Microsoft. And then it could be also comprised a little bit of show room and fit but it is the people I think I describe it as kind of everyday people. Female1: Girl by next door. Female2: Yes, your girl next door, your grandmother cooking in the kitchen like he is getting us a McCormick spice ads. It is just kind of real.
