Chevrolet is general motors largest brand. It was co founded by race car driver Louie Chevrolet from Switzerland and William C. Duran who was the head of Buick motor company prior to becoming the head of GM in 1916. Chevrolet first used the bow tie logo in 1913. It is said that William Duran was inspired by the motive from wallpaper inside of French hotel, but others conclude that the logo stands for the Swiss cross, Chevy Malibu sedan. While the new Chevy Malibu continues the spirit of the 60s, it also demonstrates Chevrolet’s recent turn around efforts. The dual port grill introduces the new face of Chevy along with the dual round headlights on each side of the vehicle. The quad beam halogen headlamps have undergone a jewel like treatment.
