In the next station, it is called “Soft Toss”. The difference between the Tee Station to this station is the ball now, the player’s seeing movement with the ball.
The object or the purpose of this station, again is the player will try and keep his weight back, use the trigger position, and hit the ball out in front. Again, with the head down.

This drill, “Soft Toss”, is also used from the Youth League to the Major Leagues, and the purpose of the drill again is, for the player to hit a moving ball into the net.
