Now let's set the page properties. Choose File>Properties. For the title, I am just going to keep it simple and call it Snug As A Bug. Under Formatting, I want you to make a few changes to this. First, I want to set the background to a really nice dark blue. This one here in the top of the list is a good choice. I am going to create a design that floats in the middle of the screen, and has a white background, but this will give me a nice dark background around the edges, and help create the illusion that we are filling the whole page. For the Hyperlink, I want to choose another blue color. Remember you can always go to More Colors and find more colors. I like this blue up here in the top left corner, I will click OK, and I am going to leave the purple for our visited Hyperlink color. I am going to set the active links to this yellow color. Finally, under Advanced, let's set all of the margins to zero. That's what is going to remove this little offset on the page, so that as we start creating our design, we can more precisely position things on the page. When you set properties like this, Expression Web automatically creates style. In the Apply Style task pane, you will see all of the styles that you can apply or that are currently selected. If you click on the tab for Manage Style, you will see all of the styles for your site.
