Jill Houk: Hello, I am Chef Jill Houk from Sara Lee. Just because the leaves are falling, it doesn't mean it's time to put away that grill for good. I am going to show you a recipe that let's you extend your grilling season far into the fall. It's a New York Pushcart Dog featuring Ballpark Franks and it couldn't be easier. What we start with is some BallPark franks. I am going to put them right on to my grill to bring out the beautiful flavor and essence and when the dog is grilled perfectly, I take it out and I put it into a Sara Lee soft and smooth buns. See how perfectly that fits and we have several varieties. I like the whole wheat, my kids love the soft and smooth white. Now it is the time to put the New York in the dog. I start off by putting on some Dijon mustard and I follow that with some sauerkraut. Often I will heat the sauerkraut on the grill, I put it in foil so there is no mess and then a topping of sprinkled chopped white onion and there you have it the perfect New York Pushcart Dog right in my own backyard.
