Rochelle Eisenberg: Internet use in the office has turned into one of the biggest problems we confront. Mary Keating: Office porn can be a serious problem in the workplace. It can subject people to something that they don't want to see. And it seems to build a culture where people are talking too much about sex or telling sexual jokes in the workplace and it makes other people very uncomfortable. Irwin Kramer: And if what's going on in the workplace is the wrong kind of internet surfing, an employer could find themselves drowning in litigation. Mary Keating: An employer needs to have a written policy delineating very clearly what is appropriate computer usage.
