Jennifer Cornbleet: Hi! My name is Jennifer Cornbleet. I am the author of Raw Food Made Easy for one or two People. And now I have a DVD that teaches you everything you need to know to start eating a healthy diet that includes more raw foods. The raw food diet is made up of fresh fruits, greens and vegetables and natural fats, such as avocados, olive oil and nuts and seeds. Here we have a creamy ranch dressing. It's nondairy. It's made from cashews, but it tastes just like the traditional version. This is one of my favorite five dishes Mediterranean Kale. Yes, you can eat kale raw. The trick is it cutting it in really fine ribbons and then massaging it in a dressing so that it softens. And here’s an entrée, Zucchini noodles with Marinara sauce. They are low starch noodle that are made out of just Zucchini. I have got a special gadget that I show in the DVD called the spiral slicer. That makes delicate angel hair noodles. Once you toss it with it with this delicious marinara it will fool you. You will think it's really pasta Then my favorite, saving the best for last, chocolate mousse tart. This crust is made out of coconut, walnut and dates and the filling have a secret ingredient, avocados. That you will never know. All you are going to taste is rich creamy and chocolaty. It's easy to make healthy raw meals and anyone can do it including you. Whether you want to adopt a raw food diet or simply want new and tasty ways to eat more fruits and vegetables.
