Hi, I am Steve Terrano and welcome to this edition of body performance. Today, I want to talk to you about real actual effective weight loss, not that crap you see on TV infomercials. I lost 20 pounds in three days with the avomatic. I use it five minutes a day. That is garbage.
Real weight loss is slow. It is gradual and it takes time and a little bit of effort. You see, one pound of fat is 3500 calories. So that means in seven days, you have got to burn up 500 calories each and every day to lose one pound. If you want to double that and lose two pounds a week, you would have to lose 1000 calories each day everyday for seven days to lose just two pounds. That is a tremendous amount of weight loss. One to two pounds a week is a tremendous accomplishment, if you are achieving that, you are doing a great job.
Do not get discouraged by that crap you see on TV. It is just that. Crap. It is hype to sell products. One to two pounds of weight loss a week is a tremendous accomplishment. I will see you next time. Love your body, it is the only one you have got.
