Proper technique for me is always making sure you have the right beats playing so see if I can get something good going and hit this up.

Since I am regular, I will be on the left. Just barely an angle to the rear, I will just pop up and try to tend my board 90 gets split up for the throwing board and stay balanced and then try to pop out at the end. Stay in control and I am back to the regular but sometimes you have got to go to safety.
