So what we are doing is a nose press backside one out. On a box, I like to go and add a flat base. Just straight at the box. Good pop so you can teeter your balance.

So when you are sliding the box and nose press, you just want to keep the weight on the front foot. Pull the back foot up to keep yourself balanced. Then I want you to get toward the end of the rail for the backside one out. You just want to shift your weight a little bit back and look over your back shoulder to pop the 180 off the end of the box.
