Welcome to this episode of Body Performance. I am Steve Turano. Down here in Clear Water, Florida. We just recently hosted a half an iron man. I think it is a full iron man, full half with the calories. Sorry about that. But anyway, everybody who watches this half iron man where we had the swim about a mile, mountain bike 55 miles and then run 30 miles. Everybody who watches this was really impressed. And why is that? It is an amazing accomplishment for somebody who would do that. But, a lot of people were acting as if these people were just given this ability by real of more that the above. Thus somehow, it is just amazing that you are in such great shape and not the regular do this. And what I want to tell people is these people are able to do that. Because, they do that. They get up everyday and they either run, they bike or they swim. Side gotten them ability, they want that ability so they fight for it, everyday. They work hard to get. And you know something, you cannot do. You just have to make a priority. You have to make it a goal. Now, there is a gentleman who is 81 years old, who completed this iron man. I believed it was a woman, who was 76. There were numerous people who completed this iron man, who did even have any lights. So, if these people could complete the iron man, you can get off the couch and jog around the block. Love your body. I will see you next time.
