Yoga is not the best way to achieve a toner and firmer body

I am Steve Turano. Welcome to this episode of body performance. Today this video is going to be piss off everybody who does yoga, karate’s or teaches Carmen Electra’s exercise. These things are stupid. That is it, yes I said it, and they are dumb. They are waste of time. If you really serious about having a firmer, toner, stronger body. You know why? Because you they are certain principles about having a toner, firmer, stronger body that you cannot get away from. And it is this you have got to stress the muscle, stress on the muscle makes it adopt. And stress on the muscle is created by using weight. Not a line, not a ball, not passively moving around. You have got to move with intensity and resistance. That is why it is called resistance training. How about that? So when you do these things that are yoga, karate or sugar stretching. They might be relaxing, they might make you sweat but they are not toning your body. Yes, they are great if you are 110 and you had stroke. But that is more like physical therapy. That is not a work out. A work out should cause your body to work, to stretch, to adapt and all these things are not going to do it. You have got to incorporate some type of resistance training into your daily activities. If you are a guy and you want to be bigger and stronger or if you are a woman and you want to have firmer, toner body you have got to lift weights. Love your body. I will see you next time.
