Personal trainer demonstrates how to exercise the triceps

We are working on the muscle of our arms, specifically the triceps, at the back of our arm. This is our arm extension or also known as the tricep extension. Common tricep or arm extensions are applied in most health clubs. Couple of adjustments; the adjustment for this seat here, pull right up, pull it up or down. Lock it right in place. We are looking for our arms to rest comfortably upon this pad here. Another adjustment is this seat, the back pad of this seat here. You can pull this lever out here, and it allows the pad to slide forward or backward. We are looking for special things here. Special things that we are looking for is that when you seat down after picking our weight, a pivot point. That is where we want our joint to be. We align our joint with our pivot point. Make sure our feet are flat on the ground and we draw our abdominal muscles in and breathe out as we press straight forward. This is working the muscles in the back of our arms, our triceps.
