Samsung Electronics had a press event to introduce its Bluetooth speaker YA-BS300 that enables users to listen to music in wireless network, by connecting to Bluetooth MP3P like a Samsung YP-P2.

Hello. My name is Tony Hughes. And today, I am going to show you the BS300 Samsung Bluetooth speaker. Let us have a look what is inside the box. This is the BS300, and inside the box, we have the USB charging cable, the stand, the audio cable, and the instruction manual. Using this MP3 player, let us see what this can do. First, you will start by holding down the power button. The light flashes and you will hear a sound. And the light will stop to flash alternating red and blue. Meaning, it is ready to pair even of with a device. And then, turn on the MP3 player. Go to the Menu. Go to Bluetooth. Stereo headset, it will now search for another device. This one connects very easily compared to other products. If you are to connect to another product, you may need to enter a four digit code of four zeros. I then click, connecting, registered, and connecting. (Whistle) That noise means that it is now ready to play. And, the music starts. (Music Playing) I now then show you, this is great for watching movies. First, what I do is, I will go to the Videos, and them I click here. (Movie Dialogue) This is really good for watching friends. Watching movies with your friends, on a long journey, in the back of the car, it is really superb. Now, I want to show you how I can go back and connect to the speaker without a problem to pair again. I am going to turn it off, and you can hear the speaker sound go off. And then, I am going to turn it back on, (Whistle) And, that noise tells you it automatically has paired. You do not need to pair again. (Movie scene) That is great. The other thing I would like to show you is this button here, DNSE, Digital Natural Sound Engine. At the moment in standard mode, it has four sound effects. If I press this button, it is not changed to 3D sounds. I can find that what mode it is in by holding down the button to 2 seconds. If I press the button again, it changed again. It has four sound effects, Standard, 3D Sound, Bass Boost, 3D and Bass Boost. If I changed this one, it is now in Bass Boost. This is my favorite. Now, for all the devices, which are not Bluetooth compatible, like the iPod, you can connect via the audio cable. What I will do is connect the iPod to the audio cable, and the other side to the speaker. (Music Playing) That is great. I hope have you enjoyed watching new view of this product, the BS 300. It is small and slim and due to the DNSE, it has great sound capability. Also, due to the fact that Bluetooth is completely wireless. Which means, it is great for watching movies with your friends, on a long vacation, or in the back of the car. Next time, I hope to show its facility for using call conferencing with a cell phone.
