You have been using a hanger to go down into the toilet trap to pull out whatever is blocking it. Possibly a child’s toy. There is a property piece equipment to use in all cases.
For example, this is a drain snake that you can use on a basin or you can use it on a bath tab or even me a laundry tub, but not in a toilet. This one here you can use again basins down in the tubs or laundry tubs or even four drains that you can crank it. But again not for toilet bowls cause it will scratch it.
This is a type here that you use to go down into the toilet bowl. It is going to rubber elbow on it that way it would not scratch the bottom of the trap. So use the right equipment it is just that easy.
